EXTENSIONS
DO I HAVE TO PUT ANY MONEY DOWN TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT? IF SO, HOW MUCH?
For extensions yes, you will need to put down a $200 deposit to reserve the hair as well as your appointment time and date. The deposit will go towards total balance for day of services.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR EXTENSION INSTALLATION?
2 weeks minimum. A 30 min complimentary consultation is required for any type of extension install but consultations can be done during or after color services. After that is completed and we have the correct length and color of hair in stock, we can potentially plan to install extextentions within 24 hours/48 hours.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT FOR MY EXTENSIONS?
To go over hair investment, color match, appointment costs, proper home care for maintaining extensions (product and tools recommendations to use), and booking any future appointments.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT MY EXTENSION FALLS OUT? HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO FIX IT?
If extensions slip or unravel within the first week after an install, there is no charge for fixing the extension. However, anything that happens after a week it's usually due to improper home care, therefore there is a $45 fee.
HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO COME IN TO TOUCH UP MY EXTENSIONS AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Hand Tied Method- 6-10 weeks or
Beaded Weft Method- 4 weeks | Maintenance Cost- $100-$400.
Tape In Method- 8 - 10 weeks | Maintenance Cost- $250+

HOW MUCH DOES EXTENSION HAIR COST?
Extensions are an investment but the first appointment will cost the most. The hair itself varys for everyone, its based on length, color, and how many packs are needed for the desired look. The hair can range anywhere from $300-$1,300+ and will need to be replaced anywhere from 7 months to a year depending on home care, and proper maintenance.
HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO BE AT MY EXTENSIONSÂ APPOINTMENT FOR?
Install with blending and styling- 1-3 hours (no color or wash)*
Install with blending and styling & partial color service - 2-4+ hours*
Install with blending and styling & full blonde color service - 4-7+ hours*

IF I WEAR MY HAIR UP WITH MY EXTENSIONS, WILL THE BEADING/TAPE/STRING SHOW?
With hand tied and beaded wefts they are less visible and easier to wear your hair up. They blend the most naturally, have the most coverage and have minimal contact with the hair which prevents less tension all over the head. The only time they may show is on clients are looking for volume closer to their hairline and need the coverage for blending purposes. Low styles are mostly recommended for these kinds of clients.
COLOR, STYLING & GENERAL SERVICES
HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO BE AT MY COLOR APPOINTMENT FOR?
1-1.5 hours: Haircut, Curls, Makeup application, Blowout, Gloss and tone, Brow/Lip wax, malibu treatments, conditioning treatments
1.5-3 hours: Basic to partial color services
3-7 hours (or more): Full color services, and color corrections/transformations
SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR THE NIGHT BEFORE MY COLOR APPOINTMENT?
YES PLEASE! Coloring on clean hair will help products not have to work twice as hard in the process and will help give truest results the first time with shinier healthier results.
SHOULD I SEND YOU "BEFORE" AND "INSPIRATION"Â PICTURES PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT SO YOU HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT YOUR WORKING WITH?
YES, if clients are wanting a drastic change, photos will definitely help stylist prep and with timing purposes.
Please don't expect to come out with platinum cool blonde hair in one session if you are to come in with black box dye hair or level 1-5 brunette with previous permanent color (even if professional done)within the past 5 years.
